A woman has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for viciously beating an elderly man with a brick in an unprovoked attack.
Los Angeles woman Laquisha Jones, 30, was sentenced on Thursday following her no contest plea to elder abuse in December.
A witness recorded video footage of Rodolfo Rodriguez, then 91, as he sat dazed, his face bloodied, after being beaten.
The witness, Misbel Borjas, also took a photo of a woman with a brick in her hand with her child beside her as she yelled out.
Jones is due back in court on April 11 for a restitution hearing.
Prosecutors said she severely beat Rodriguez in the face with a brick on July 4, 2018, as the man was taking a walk.
They say Rodriguez, a Mexican national, did nothing to provoke the attack. He was hospitalized after sustaining a shattered jaw, several broken ribs and other injuries.
As part of the negotiated plea deal in December, a charge of attempted murder was dropped, according to Deputy District Attorney Frank Dunnick.
Jones also admitted to a special allegation that she used a dangerous weapon in the crime, and that she had a prior conviction for making criminal threats in 2017, the district attorney's office said.
Although a witness claimed that Jones had screamed 'go back to your country' while attacking Rodriguez, prosecutors did not pursue hate crime charges.
A GoFundMe account set up for the victim that aimed to raise $15,000 to pay for some of his medical expenses raised almost $330,000.
Rodriguez, who now lives in Willowbrook, spoke to KCAL9 after Jones' sentencing and said that he was 'good and happy thanks to God.'
He said he understood the law but he believed his attacker should have only gotten two to three years for her crime.

Apparently according to the autopsy, it was about half the size of an adult Cougar. But even a house cat can fuck someone up really bad if it actually wants to. I don't know if you've seen the footage of guys leaking blood all over the place when they have to catch a feral cat. This was still quite a bit bigger than a house cat.
EDIT: another example of a small animal that can easily fuck you up real bad is a fox. They're not very big, but if they go rabid they're extremely dange,rous because of how agile, fast and strong they are along with razor sharp claws. Humans are fragile and soft due to evolving with 'civilization'. An adult chimpanzee doesn't weigh very much but has the strength of over 20 grown men, and can literally rip your limbs off and beat/sodomize you with it. Animals are much tougher than humans, pound for pound. Cats also have quite a bit more 'fast twitch' muscle fibers than humans. -

And clay, just plain easy. I know a guy who got a scholarship or something for sculpting. I gave him some clay that I purified with a simple water method.... He successfully fired a few chess pieces on his first try in a chimenea. I thought it wasn't pure enough but apparently it was.

Huh? Me personally, I wouldn't be spending the money on food and such. Just the land or house, possibly more than one since I'm not a dumbass that needs a 500,000$ house to feel content. I would rather have a big fucking yard than a big house, or a house in a "nice" area.
Most people are spoiled candy asses, so asking this question here even, is kinda stupid. It's not like any of these people would know what to do with that money. None of them have ever faced any real hardship, and chances are very few have any survival skills at all.... The thing that gets most people is rent or house payments. If you simply bought a couple acres of land or what would be cheaper even, a small house, you wouldn't need to worry about expenses. Your main expense would be gone forever. Then you can do whatever the fuck you want. That means if you have a job or other source of income, you get to keep most of it or spend it however you want. Obtaining wealth is a lot fucking easier when you no longer have to pay rent or make house payments. Most people will never own anything except a vehicle. And a lot of people are content with that too. To each their own. The government wouldn't like it very much if most people would be content simply having a couple acres of land to live on. They function by having people crave shit they don't need. That is also why they hate communists and made up an excuse to burn women and children alive in Waco, Texas. None of the people living there had to pay rent or taxes. -

Any cash business really. Something where people pay in cash, private sales, barber shop, etc. Art is a great way to do it, although you have to have some way of explaining where you got your materials. If it's sculptures, you could just fire a bunch of clay art pieces and "sell" them to a lot of people. A clay statue, even a plaster one, can be hundreds of dollars.
Prices on buddhas and such. Painting is a good way but you have to be dealing with art supply places to get canvas, paint, etc.
Anything that basically comes from the ground works well because you don't have a paper trail for materials. That is also why selling plants, exotic herbs and such, can also work well for explaining income.
And anyone that thinks you can't retire on 100,000$ is fucking cray cray. Aldra usually makes sense....
Maybe 100,000 in new york won't get you very far, but in a lot of places that's enough to buy several houses or plots of land which you can definitely retire on. -

Robinson's hour-long Exposé, Panodrama, features undercover footage of BBC journalist John Sweeney making racist and classist statements, and reveals how the BBC collaborated with a "radical far left" organization, HOPE not Hate (funded in part by George Soros) to take Robinson down.
The BBC is also accused in Panodrama of bribery, blackmail and intimidation tactics agains former Robinson employees to "invent stories" against the former English Defence League leader.
