One of the reasons is I don't trust anybody, so sometimes I imagine a scenario where I might need to find out who someone really is by watching them, but I'd need to keep my distance. I'm good with disguises, FX makeup, so that part isn't an issue.. The audio stuff I can do fairly well. I just don't know much about cameras. But info on specifics of audio surveillance isn't a bad thing to contribute if anyone feels like it.
Anything surveillance related would be good, but especially with long range cameras.

    1. An audio amplifier (you see these in the movies all the time… they look like a portable satellite dish that you just point at whomever you're trying hear from a distance). Obviously an audio recorder would come in handy as well.
    2. A decent camera with long range zoom capabilities.
    3. If you have physical access to a regular location of theirs, you could install spy cams that blend in so they are virtually undetectable, and an audio bug as well.

Now, tracking them down, that's a whole other story. If that's part of your goal, we could get into that.

Tracking people often goes with surveillance. I have pondered the idea of becoming a private investigator at some point.

You can set them up to steal credit card information, pin numbers, etc. It's not a felony in most places, to simply spy on people, in hotels and such. You could do law enforcement's work for them if you're a real dickhead, and sell the information to the bacon. You can get a lot of information from audio alone.

Regardless of who actually started the fire, the only people who win here are muslims and the globalists who let them into France to begin with. Europe and its history is being actively destroyed, piece by piece, and replaced, and nobody is doing anything about it.

Kundalini awakening isn't permanent. Some of the special abilities people gain will be, but they pale in comparison to what should be the goal of the experience if there is one.

Sri Aurobindo believed that the human race will divide into two at some point, the evolved spiritually, a type of supermen who retained all knowledge and abilities from kundalini awakening, their awakening was a permanent one, and the ordinary people who did not evolve.

That depends on the person. Some people shoot themselves in the head as a result of awakening their kundalini. That's why people who had been practicing kundalini meditation for thousands of years did it extremely slowly. If you awaken it quickly with drugs (or trauma), it can be hard to tell the difference between kundalini and psychosis. Depending on the person also, they may end up with certain enhancements, such as astral projection, remote viewing and even telekinesis. Levitation also isn't unheard of when it comes to the kundalini. It is serious stuff. The masters would be quite unhappy with people for talking about these special abilities they gained, or showing off. They view them as more of a distraction.

Workers find 27 possible human GRAVES at notorious Florida reform school for boys where children were 'locked in chains, beaten and sexually abused' - taking potential number of burials at the site to more than EIGHTY
Possible human graves have been discovered at the shuttered Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys in Florida
Department of Environmental Protection workers found disturbed soil while preparing to clean up fuel storage 500 feet adjacent to Boot Hill Cemetery
Finding could put the figure of people buried in the vicinity up to 82
The 27 possible graves are on north side of campus, where African-American boys were buried when the school was segregated
The school's own records show that more than 50 children were buried on the grounds, while more than 30 other bodies were sent elsewhere to be buried
A 2009 investigation report by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement found there were 81 school-related deaths of students from 1911 to 1973
A later report in 2012 put the death toll at 98
Governor Ron DeSantis wrote in an April 10 letter to Jackson County Chairman Clint Pate that agencies were looking at 'best course of action'

Workers may have found 27 more human graves near a notorious Florida reform school shuttered in 2011, where children were said to have been locked in chains, beaten and sexually abused.

'Anomalies consistent with possible graves' were uncovered at the site of the former Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys in the Florida Panhandle city of Marianna.

Department of Environmental Protection workers made the discovery as they were preparing to clean up fuel storage 500 feet adjacent to Boot Hill Cemetery, Miami Herald reports.

The discovery would put the estimated number of bodies buried at the site at 82.

The largest gravesite already known is on the northside of the campus, where African-American boys were buried when the school was segregated.

It is at this site where 31 graves are marked with white crosses, but researchers said they believed they do not correspond with actual burial sites.

State officials have for years insisted that 31 boys were interred in the tiny cemetery.

But using high-tech search equipment, forensic scientists have already found evidence of more bodies buried under the site.

The University of South Florida in Tampa said in 2012 they found evidence of at least 50 graves on the school's property after using ground-penetrating radar and soil samples.

A 2009 investigation report by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), found that there were 81 school-related deaths of students from 1911 to 1973.

But another investigation in 2012, by the University of Florida tea, found as many as 98 deaths at the school from 1914-1973 - including two staff members who perished in the 1914 fire. Some of the bodies were thought to have been shipped home to families but many were buried around the area.

However, overgrowth on the grounds has hindered researchers from full searches.

Dozier's own records show that more than 50 children were buried on the grounds, while more than 30 other bodies were sent elsewhere to be buried.

But the school failed to record burial locations for 22 other children who researchers learned died on the site, the Miami Herald reported in 2012.

Six of the children - and two adults - died in the 2014 fire. Several more were killed in an influenza outbreak in the early 1900s.

Some boys died under unknown circumstances, according to relatives.

Governor Ron DeSantis wrote in a Wednesday letter to Jackson County Chairman Clint Pate that 'during a ground pollution cleanup… anomalies consistent with possible graves have been discovered.'

He said his team 'is dedicated to collaboratively determining the best course of action' and shared the DEP, Department of Management Services, the Department of State and the Department of Economic Opportunity would 'develop a path forward'.

'Representatives of these agencies will be reaching out to meet with county officials as the first step to understanding and addressing these preliminary findings,' he stated.

County Administrator Wilanne Daniels said in a statement: 'We have received the report and are studying the information and findings. We will be working with our State Agency partners to determine the next steps.'

Former students spoke out several years ago with horror stories of sexual abuse and frequent beatings in the White House, at the school.

The school was legend among adolescents for about 100 years in Florida, as the state's major reform school.

Dozier School was closed in June 2011 by the Department of Juvenile Justice after a years-long controversy over widespread physical and sexual abuse.

Previous investigations and lawsuits have been brought by the 'White House Boys' - so called because of the name of the squat, whitewashed building where much of the abuse took place.

A group of former students sued the state in 2010, but their case was dismissed as the statute of limitations had expired. Other students have written books about their experiences.

State Attorney Glenn Hess previously said only one or two employees from the era are known to be alive, and it's unlikely a trial could prove how a boy died or who was responsible.

Max Spiers was looking into some of these reform schools mass graves, in connection with Lt Colonel Michael Aquino and the "super soldier" program where kids were supposedly beaten and raped repeatedly and forced to fight to the death with other kids, so they could select the best ones for the program. Aquino was a trauma based mind control specialist and co-founder of the Church of Satan. Founder of the Temple of Set.

Sergeant Glenn Wheaton, of Project Jedi, recently told me of the attempts to kill numerous animals. First they tried dogs, but the psychic soldiers couldn't bring themselves to kill them, especially when the creatures were looking at them with their big brown eyes.

They finally chose goats, reasoning that no one could empathise with a creature as ugly as a goat. 'One of the Special Forces soldiers, Michael Echanis, could stop the heart of a goat just by thinking about it,' says Sergeant Wheaton. 'I watched him do it.

'Blood began to drip from its nose. Froth then started to bubble from its mouth. The creature fell onto its side, had a fit and died. I can't have taken longer than 30 seconds. It was chilling to watch.

'We realised soon after that everything comes with a cost. Michael suffered a sympathetic injury to his heart. Maybe it was karma.'

There's been a lot of recent advances in radio-genetics. To the point where it's easy enough to splice in code (genes) that can be remotely activated via radio waves. Genes can be remotely turned on or off with this technology, using radio waves. Opto-genetics would be using visible spectrum waves. Fungi would be easier to control as a bio weapon, I'd say. Infect everyone, incubation period is long, they could have it for years and it never shows up unless their immune system is bad. Also good for a remote neural monitoring network. Billions of people are estimated to be infected with various candida species, and the government has looked into using it for "smart dust", as part of an artificial organism, self replicating tracking technology. But knowing the government, they're probably doing it for other reasons like depopulation and silencing dissidents.

Yep, it depends on how many spores you inhale at once. We're inhaling deadly spores every day just not in large enough quantities to create a bad infection. Being near those that are infected increases risk of inhaling a deadly amount of spores or having them turn into mycelium on the skin or eyes and infect through other vectors. So hospitals are really a liability in a lot of ways if they don't become better prepared to deal with this stuff.

Everyone may be infected already, but their immune systems may be keeping it from getting out of control. Once they flip the switch, and start irradiating everyone, that'll change pretty quick. People will be dropping dead left and right, and the bodies are going to be extremely dangerous because of the spore load.

The scariest superbug on the CDC's radar is sweeping the US with hundreds infected - but hospitals are NOT obliged to tell patients if they have infections on site
A superbug fungus is on the CDC's radar after sweeping across US hospitals
Between 2013 and April 2017, there had been 66 cases recorded in the US
Now, there have been more than 500, with 30 more under inspection
The yeast is resistant to most mainline treatments, has 60% mortality risk
Hospitals and states can refuse to report their infections to avoid becoming labeled as a source of infection

The most worrying 'superbug' on the CDC's radar has infected more than 600 Americans in recent years - and officials say the spread is picking up pace globally.

But hospitals are not obliged to inform patients if they have the infection, which is most commonly contracted in hospitals, according to an alarming new feature by the New York Times.

Candida auris, a harmful form of yeast, is resistant to most drugs, with a 60 percent mortality rate.

In the US, 300 New Yorkers people have been infected since 2013, 144 in Illinois and 104 in New Jersey, with hundreds more in the UK, South Africa, India, Colombia, Venezuela and more.

The spread, in the face of rising drug resistance, has triggered the CDC to update its guidelines - urging medics to quarantine C auris sufferers.

However, according to the New York Times, CDC rules allow states and hospitals to keep their infection count secret.

The move is intended to protect centers and states from panic and media attention, but experts warn it is leaving the general public in the dark about a serious threat.

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-6903537/The-scariest-superbug-CDCs-radar-sweeping-hundreds-infected.html

Bad news. Increasing levels of ionizing radiation from Fukushima along with the rollout of 5G is going to make a lot of people more susceptible to infection by this fungus by weakening the immune system. This is sort of like the part in "The Creep show" where the redneck farmer gets infected by a mold from a meteor. When people contract this stuff, they quarantine them in a specific room, but it's very difficult to contain this stuff. The yeast sporulates from every part of the body. Really they should just incinerate all the corpses infected, but there's a cover-up currently about how many people are continuing to contract this fungal infection. Due to certain traits, it may be more contagious than ebola or a deadly strain of flu. It can last a long time in the environment, and because of the sporulating nature of the fungus, it more rapidly begins spreading and contaminating everything around its host.

Scientists have been studying for the past decade the effect that the cannabinoid cannabidiol has on bone healing and development. It seems scientists can agree that CBD can accelerate the process of the body healing broken bones and making them stronger.

A study that was published in the February 2009 issue of International Immunopharmacology tested the effects of 5 milligrams of cannabidiol in a periodontitis experimental model in rats. After 30 days a morphometrical analysis of alveolar bone loss demonstrated that CBD treated animals presented a decreased alveolar bone loss and a lower expression of the activator of nuclear factor kB ligand RANKL/RANK. Gingival tissues also showed decreased neutrophil migration associated with lower interleukin and tumor necrosis factor-a production.

Another study conducted in 2009 and published online with PNAS showed endocannabinoids activate GTPyS binding via the GPR55 receptor. The study concluded that the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 affect bone metabolism. Stimulatory effects on osteoclast function were attenuated by CBD. GPR55 suppresses osteoclast formation but stimulates osteoclast formation. This report also states that CBD significantly reduced bone absorption in vivo.

The Journal of Bone and Mineral Research published a study showing that the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) strengthens bones and accelerates the healing of fractures. Researchers administered CBD on rats with mid-femoral fractures and found that cannabinoid ligands regulate bone mass. This phenomenon was measured with CBD, but not with THC alone, however, a down-regulation was not seen with the addition of THC. THC does potentiate the CBD stimulated work-to-failure 6 weeks post fracture. With the use of micro-computed tomography, the fracture callus size was reduced by CBD or THC four weeks after fracture but plateaued after six and eight weeks where control levels were seen. CBD stimulated mRNA expression of Plod 1 in primary osteoblast cultures, encoding an enzyme that catalyzes lysine hydroxylation, which is in turn involved in collagen crosslinking and stabilization. The researcher Yankel Gabet also noted that after being treated with CBD the healed bone will be harder to break in the future.

The most recent study to date was released in the European Journal of Pharmacology in August 2017. Scientists investigated the therapeutic effects of CBD on a sublesional bone loss in a rat model with spinal cord injury. It was shown that CBD enhanced bone volume, trabecular thickness, trabecular number, and reduced trabecular separation in proximal tibiae. It also increased ultimate compressive load, stiffness, and energy to max force of femoral diaphysis. With these results the author concludes that CBD administration reduces the severity of spinal cord injury induced sublesional cancellous bone loss.

Studies conducted throughout the years show how useful cannabinoid therapy can be to help in bone fragment healing by increasing the volume and thickness of trabecular bone and the presence of unabsorbed cartilage. It has also been seen that CBD increases the strength of healed femurs, and may be of therapeutic value to spinal cord injuries as it lessens the loss of bone mineral that occurs in these injuries.

I remembered that THCV also does this, speeds up and enhances bone healing, so I googled this and CBD apparently also does. Good to know as it's becoming so easy to get. A few other natural things that do this are maralroot, Smilax Bona Nox/green briar root, stinging nettle root, and coleus forskholi

A few of those mess with your hormone levels though so should be used carefully.

Of course, the MK ULTRA stuff the US and British were working on, probably with the French and a few other countries as allies, was also pretty advanced, and never actually ended. As a result of the trauma based mind control, certain psi abilities are activated. They've known this for thousands of years, that extreme stress, exposure to the elements, plus sleep deprivation or trauma of various sorts, can activate these abilities. I don't know which country is more advanced in this area but I would suspect because parapsychology doesn't necessarily cost much at all, that Russians are not far behind anyone else. We've all been doing this stuff a long time. Russia has always been more open about this sort of stuff while the US has always wanted to keep everything they've discovered a secret. But it goes back to animal magnetism and the British paranoia that the French were going to use it to infiltrate them with psychic spies.

The astonishing thing isn't really that people can do this stuff, it's the technology that enhances these abilities. Implants and wearable devices that enhance them. The Russians may be either behind or ahead in that regard.

It's all true. They can also burn up a vehicle's engine using these same abilities, simply by hearing it. But it takes practice and training. Nobody does it instantly.

EDIT: The part about dolphins sounds bogus. Maybe not though.
If you want to delve into the paranormal, here’s a reason for you to enlist in the Russian Army – an MoD magazine says some troops are taught to crack safes, evade ambushes and burn computer chips using… telepathic powers.
What is the Russian Army’s best-nurtured superpower? Don’t even think of Spetsnaz or nuclear subs, or EMP weapons, because ‘Armeisky Sbornik’ (‘Army Digest’ in English) has got something bigger to tell. The magazine, run by the Defense Ministry, claims the military is very much into parapsychology, which studies strange things like telepathy, precognition, near-death experiences or reincarnation.

Back in the late 1980s, the Soviet military began developing what the offbeat piece – entitled‘A super-soldier for future wars’ – calls ‘metacontact,’ in other words, a kind of telepathic power that can make a foot soldier into a superhero.

Such a warrior, it insists, is able to use his brain power “to burn chips in generators, eavesdrop on conversations or disrupt telecommunications, including television and radio waves.” More than that, believe it or not, the military have been experimenting with miscellaneous linguistic skills. A telepath had reportedly managed to read a file locked in a safe that was “written in a language he didn’t speak.”

Other features of the superpower had apparent military applications, the magazine reveals. The telepathic contact may help troops to evade ambushes, detect hideouts and treat those wounded in action. It is also indispensable while carrying out “a non-verbal interrogation” of an enemy soldier.

The interrogator would know “what kind of person he is, what strengths or weaknesses he has, and whether he is good for recruiting.” Ripping an enemy’s mind wide open “is 100 percent credible, you can’t wriggle out of it,” the article claims.

What’s more, high-ranking Russian politicians, business captains and top managers in the banking sector were also taught some telepathic skills. (Warned is armed, so keep it in mind when making small talk with a Russian official or dealing with a Russian bank).

Joking aside, some top-tier militaries have been scrupulously studying ways of influencing human minds and manipulating human behavior. Many leading powers have used psychological warfare in recent conflicts, with Iraq and Afghanistan – known for the US campaign to win ‘hearts and minds’ there – being the most notable examples. However, such efforts never went beyond what was scientifically proven.

Russian scientists were quite skeptical about the publication. Yevgeny Aleksandrov, head of the pseudoscience commission at the Russian Academy of Sciences, told RBC daily that there was some classified research of “combat parapsychology.” But such studies “were deemed pseudoscientific, this is complete nonsense,” he said.

Adding insult to injury, he added that “all this talk about transmitting thoughts has no scientific grounds, there was no recorded instance [when it was proven].”

Everything is bugged nowadays, and the feds no longer need to plant a camera to image the inside of buildings with extremely good detail.
