Special forces don't usually have the same level of arrogance. And their survival training is better than regular infantry. I can't blame them for being arrogant, it's good to be proud of your training and what you know you can do, but again, not everyone has that mentality. -

You'd need a lot of copper winding, or some kind of step up transformer, but it's not actually very unreasonable. 100,000 volts or so isn't that difficult. Some magnets and copper wire, and it's pretty simple to get 100k volts. I'd go with a step up transformer, as in an auto ignition coil, primary and secondary winding + reed switches or some other component for generating the pulses. Very simple to make. Doesn't weigh too much.Highly oxidizing water treatments, like ozonation and UV-ionization, have proven useful in removing organics from water, but they require high capital costs and high amounts of wasteful energy consumption. Glenn's approach to water purification uses high-voltage, nanosecond-pulsed, non-equilibrium plasma to treat water. The pulsed electrical discharge destroys micro-organisms in liquid, essentially sterilizing the water, without the use of toxic chemicals or enhancements. This technology is simple, straightforward, and low cost, with virtually no consumables nor byproducts. Furthermore, the plasma pulse technology can function as a stand-alone purification process or as an add-on to existing solutions as a polishing step.
Yeah, you shouldn't rely on gear, but we live in the modern world. You should practice and gain experience of course before ever having to be in a "survival" scenario. Everyone has their personal preferences. I'm going to add more tips when I can remember stuff. -

So I'll just say, shakelight, fire laces. Extra bulbs/components. I don't worry too much about using a flashlight. And the native americans certainly needed those sturdy boots you know, living in the wilderness. And those guys in the amazon that walk around barefoot all the time, those boots sure came in handy for them too. -

He was using a rifle and he was on a tower, though. Not so easy to kill a sniper just cause you're carrying a gun. Localization devices and having your own scope + tripod could help though. Chances are they won't be using a suppressor with sub-sonic ammo, so localization will work, if that doesn't, microwave imaging can detect the bullets being fired, as they reflect radio frequency.
It's not hard to build these devices, and they should be everywhere large amounts of people gather, in case of stuff like this. But then the perps would start using bombs, or other methods other than sniping. The root cause of this kind of madness must be understood, so it can be prevented to begin with. -

What they do to me lately is they'll shout things in public, mostly insults like "nazi". When they aren't using that simple method, or even V2K, they're having people on smartphones pretend like they're watching a youtube video or talking to someone, and the phone will just repeat insults and such out loud, so the person can deny they said anything.
They also sensitize people to keywords, so that if you record something, and play it back, it won't necessarily be what you thought it was. They get your mind to play tricks on you. -

I think part of the gang stalking thing is to get free spirits and people that are considered amoral to commit suicide. According to a private investigator that wrote a book about it, a lot of it is groups like the KKK and catholic churches and freemasons, who all have connections to intelligence agencies, highest level security clearance.
The condition is that some of them have access to satellite weapons and remote neural monitoring. They know when you're in pain, they know what part of your body hurts, and they can even broadcast your thoughts to everyone around you. Anyone that goes along with the idea that you're a bad person or should be monitored for some reason or another. -
