After explaining what happened he offered to have it all checked and fixed but I informed him I'd rather just be reimbursed for the oil change and for a new air enhancement and some plastic clips.
He said the manager I like is working today and to head up to Jiffy Lube and get a refund on the oil change and to go to the Auto Parts store and I can pick up what I need and have it put on their tab.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I lose my shift differential which really sucks but the woman needs help and requested it so....
Besides, she makes considerably more money than I do now.
Still though, I have found myself quite torn up at the thought of adjusting.
Also, we bought a Lincoln.
And by we I mean her.
Next week she wants to combine bank accounts.
I'm busy trying to break in Chinese boots and need to find time to clean the piss traps and molest my dishwasher.
I'm looking into home defense options and I can get this for $1600.
I think my girlfriend would look sexy AF shooting people with it.
Anyways, my life is flip turned upside down and if you ever google street view Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's mansion you are sorely disappointed by the shitty as neighborhood and the fact the entire house is blocked by bushes.

The boot store has a 90 day exchange policy that I have abused multiple times over the last 5 months to the point that today the employee offered to cash out my voucher and just give me money so I'd stop pestering their footwear.
It sounded tempting but then I saw these beauties and I just had to take them home with me.
My boots and I plan to live a long happy life together and make a lot of money.

Moving, fixing stuff, working, family and enjoying every second of it that I rarely find myself coming back to this shit hole website.
Anyways, did a good bit this weekend.
The kid wasn't feeling the best so I made the grocery run solo and also picked up more toys for her Christmas.
So far she has probably 20+ gifts but she is of an age where there really is only so much she can even do either limited by her attention span or her coordination and tbh she already has some of what she is getting again just in a different variation (like dolls and shit).
My precious Subaru is leaking oil from the drain pan so I'm quite done going to garages and having work done since they just wreck shit being grease rats. Hoping like hell it's not stripped too bad but I'm sure they fucked it up.
Our new home is coming together very nicely. Slowly but surely things are being arranged and set up.
As we go we find out more and more about our house. For instance this weekend I swapped a new shower wand into our master bathroom and I found the shower arm
^that part, was so fucking old that the inside of it was full of sharp jagged rust buildup and now I have tetanus.
I normally would have replaced it but everything is tile and I really can't be fucked with old ass tiles maybe popping off while I yoink pipes out of walls especially when there is no decent access and I honestly don't even know where the shut off valves might be.
My job is going great. I work 45 hours a week and love it. I mean it sucks but it's much better than a lot of jobs I've had.
The only part about my job I don't care for anymore is the hours and not seeing my family 5 days a week.
Sometimes it seems nice but really it isn't and it sucks more every passing week.
My goal is to figure a way onto first shift next year so I don't miss out on anymore.
