All you have to do to change the atmosphere at work is start being negative. It will spread like wildfire. This works the opposite way too but often a little slower.
This case is different as I have been genuinely concerned for my safety and the safety of my co-workers as I do consider many of them my friends. All you got to do is say something like "I can't believe they don't care about us" and then suddenly everyone in the room is thinking the same thing.
My buddy at work has a different strategy. He waits until the break room fills up and then just started telling everyone they are going to die and that this is the end of times. and if they ask him to please talk about something else he starts talking about shooting people when he was in the army.

He has lots of really awesome videos on every aspect of everything I like. I dont watch the Q&A shit. I just wanna be told stuff in asuch an amusingly boring way that I usually fall asleep before I get halfway through one. They all start out with a title screen "5 minutes more or less..." but its always more. More like an hour.

They send in the guard or whatever to help and mostly enforce strict new rules and beat people up. But of course they are gonna close down all the dispensaries and steal all our weed. Because they still don't consider it legal. They already know everything anyways and in my state at least, when u get a marijuana license you sign away your "right" to own a firearm. Which means they will be doing gun checks and confiscating ammunitions. Amazon announced they would no longer be stocking their warehouses with anything they consider to me non-essential. Which means we are not selling as much product (in my line of work). Lots of bull shittery I tell ya what.

Hey friends. I been lurking a lot more than posting recently and even then not a whole lot. It kinda got boring to me and almost turned into an ordeal whenever I posted. It was taking up too much time and while I do very much appreciate and read everybody's replies, I was just sorta running out of steam. I was going through a really stale and generally unpleasant time at work with the monotony of doing repetitive tasks 8 hours a day while super analyzing everything in sight cuz you dont have anything else to look at or pay attention too all day and then trying to pick apart every little problem while coming up with convoluted unrealistic ways to fix any and everything all while trying to micromanage the tasks at hand and although I am a pretty decent employee and person I apparently was trying to fill a void that doesn't need to be filled and trying to climb up a ladder that doesn't have rungs I finally kinda just had enough of hearing about everyone elses problems as no one was trying to do anything about it so I sorta asked for a raise but instead of talking about what an asset I am, instead I went on several unintelligible tangents about all sorts of random ass shit that just generally pisses me off but that doesn't matter and I need to just get over it and be grateful he offered me my scheduled 35 cent raise 2 months early. I called him out on a lot of stuff like how the bonuses are rigged to to look like incentives when in reality they are just risk management Technics to get people to work for even less money. I went on a big old long stupid ass rant. And it felt pretty good. I told him $12 wasn't going to keep me working there. He said he hoped it would and that he doesn't want to lose me. It doesn't pay the bills anymore and it doesn't look like it is ever going too. You get a raise for not how hard you work but how long you have worked there. There is no incentive to work harder or try to learn more. So it is really shitty when you try hard to help out and do extra when in reality my boss had to go to my supervisor and asked him what I even do all day before he came and offered me what he did. I mean I can't blame him. Just because I take out the trash sometimes doesn't mean I should get paid extra for it when no one asked me to do it in the first place. I probably knew this from the beginning but just wanted to make sure I had a source of income so I could stay drunk all the time, like the entire first year I worked there :/ I dunno what my next paycheck could look like with that sweet raise but I think I kinda went over how far $350ish a week goes what with the rent being 475 and the electric being $150 and so on... Yeah, we went over that last night. Anyways... I was a little hurt but now I have a new drive to get on with my life and go make some big money doing something ??? Not sure what yet but I know of several jobs around here you can make really good money but the downside is long days and mandatory overtime. I also know of a lot of good jobs where you really dont have to work so hard. The hardest part about any job is your first day and sometimes your last day. After that you just figure it out or you dont. Its not that hard, all you got to do is be nice to people and try just a little harder than the next guy so you dont get laid off, lol. I only want to work for 6 months out of the year so I think I will try and get on at one of these other places that pays a lot better and then just work half the year and be able to because I will just keep the same poor person lifestyle all while filling my time playing Runescape. Michelle says I am not allowed to but maybe Ill just pick up a newspaper route or something to keep her off my back about it. I might just shut up and keep working there until one of my parent's dies and leaves me some money. I might move to Ireland and marry a big beautiful man who will let me put a dog collar on him. Anyways, I got a lot to think about and I hope I am not going to find out I was a dick today when I wake up tomorrow. My mind is hard to keep up with on good days so when crummy ones happen I try to just wait a few days on things so I don't make impulsive decisions. I do like my job. I am just retarded and easily pressured.. "Hey Arnie, you should go in there so we can see what happens next"
Came home and my neighbor left me $2 for using my washer and dryer last night even though I told him not to use it anymore (I just forgot to put the padlocks back on it)
I am just a grumpy old man stuck in a young mans broken body trying to find random stuff to yell about.
