Went to bed last night and fell asleep easily but staying asleep was a different story.
3 or 4 times I woke up while still asleep enough that I was paralyzed and I felt as though someone was there.
The room was very dark leaving me no shadows to make out so it was all my gut instinct.
I remember trying hard to keep my eyes open and look around but it was pointless as there was nothing to see so each time I eventually fell back asleep.
Now I wasn't having bad dreams or anything, my girlfriend's ex-husband was here wandering around and watching the kid while I was resting but honestly I don't think he was doing anything that normally would have woke me up.
For whatever reason I think it was just my nerves today or maybe there was something lingering in the back of my mind I was worried about but I can't remember.
I'm glad he comes by occasionally and takes care of the kid. He doesn't bother me at all but it is kind of odd feeling having to put all my stuff in my hat and kick it under the bed at night because my girlfriend says he will steal.
My alarm went off at 9:50 and like usual I turned it off and slept some more.
Finally I actually got out of bed at noon today.
It's a piss poor morning for me getting anything done now.
That's fine. Didn't want to do much of anything anyways today.
Right now I'm drinking coffee and thinking about how to pay bills.
Most all of them are in my girlfriend's name and I can't even look them up so I'm sort of just twiddling my thumbs and clicking keys while I kill off some time.
Tonight I want to get home from work with a pizza and go to bed.
I do not wish to play video games tonight as it is really affecting me getting much done in the mornings.
Perhaps if anyone else is online tonight I will attempt to set up a sever for 7d2d. I tried last night but no one was online when I was doing it and I'm pretty sure I need to forward some ports which may or may not be easy with this equipment I am sitting behind.
Everything is all ready for me to leave and go to work today. Might try running up to the auto parts store and dumping some oil before I go to work today but if I don't I'll get to it tomorrow.
This weekend hopefully will be a good one and the 3 of us can have some fun.
I miss them both throughout the week and want to do my best to wake up early enough of Saturday to enjoy them.

I've got more done today than I thought I would.
Work told me yesterday I was just under the half way point to getting hired on.
Really thought I was just over the half way point.
I guess I can't complain as at least they are keeping track of it.
But I may have to adjust a few plans I have for the summer now which is okay because I found out I would have had to probably do that anyways regardless.
Still have to break it to the misses.

I stopped all together taking my last one on Friday of last week.
I've never abused them or anything but given my history with coming off drugs I always expect the worst.
Honestly I don't feel any different without them.

It wasn't because I went to bed late either.
Thankfully I do feel caught up on my sleep now.
My only goals for today are a load of laundry, buy gasoline before work and take out the trash.

I got my apartment cleaned up completely and it's all polished for the next tenant.
Keys are returned and I'm closing the book on that chapter of my life.
It feels really good having that weight off my shoulders.
Now Ive got to find something else to drive me nuts.

Played 7d2d until late last night.
Went to bed and woke up early early to the sound of what I first thought must be an animal in the duct work of the house.
I jumped out of bed to go kill it before it ate the furnace's circuit board again only to find it was coming from outside.
Apparently my drug addicted and wheelchair bound neighbor got someone to come with an excavator and start tearing up the grass on the side of his house for what I can only assume is going to be a sidewalk so he can go buy dope easier and not have to wheelchair through the grass.
Only thing is I don't believe he is actually digging up his own property and instead he looks to be doing this on the vacant lot next to his house.
I'm half tempted to call the city and have them come out and shut him down for doing illegal construction projects.
Anyways, I then spent an hour trying to dispute charges for a server I bought last night that did everything except work.
Now I need to head out and go return the keys to my apartment.
I'll have an hour and a half once I get there to finish cleaning it out so whatever it looks like when I am done is all I'll be able to do with it.
Hopefully it looks alright.
The bank put me on hold with an estimated 1 minute wait time. It took 45 minutes and 2 tries to get someone on the phone.
I managed to dispute the charge but won't get my money back for 5 days they said.
Took my money and failed to provide me with a working server.
Said it was fully refundable if I cancel withing 24 hours.
So I cancel the shit and to do anything on their site that needs support you have to put in a ticket via e-mail.
Their response was, we will cancel your service at the end of the billing cycle.
No mention of refund at all.
So I emailed them again saying I want it cancelled now and my money refunded now.
On top of that, not only did they charge me for the server which I agreed to but then they charged me again for a service fee to process the charge which I never agreed too.
Apparently they are a big scam and many other have way worse stories to tell but I didn't do enough research I guess.
Tried calling my bank to dispute but was left on hold for so many minutes and hung up out of frustration.
Absolute crap.
