For a mere $650 a month you get to sleep on a cot in a small room with other people on other cots snoring and farting up the air.
And yes, for only $650 you can do that.
(In 2020 I was paying $475 a month for an 800 sq ft apartment with a garage)

Yup, he is the CEO and basically even worse than a typical slum lord.
By charging such ridiculous rent for so little and taking advantage of the poor he is no doubt able to not only ensure a massive return for himself but also that those he is supposedly helping never make it very far.
Sharing is caring but when you put desperate and troubled people together all that happens is stuff cones up missing and everyone is miserable.
Any poor sap who has fallen into this mans trap has no doubt only found themselves worse off.
And of course his family supports BLM.
Fucking terrible.
And the way the law works they can set it up to legally be recognized as a type of hotel or bnb so that they can evict anyone at anytime for no reason whatsoever.
I once rented a small place kind of like this but i had basically an entire shitty apartment.
Not just 2 walls in a room with a kids bed to sleep on.
It's typical nigger shit it truly is.
Imagine saying you want to fight oppression and also help people get on their feet but actually you oppress people and keep them from getting on their feet.

Day 1 I got stung by a bunch of Jelly Fish.
Day 2 I got stung by a bunch more jelly fish.
By day 3 I didnt even want to go to the fucking beach but we went anyways and I was standing in waste deep water just minding my own fucking business when my brother started yelling at pointing toward me.
Confused, I turned around and there was a small shark swimming straight towards my ass.
I was pissing and running at the same time trying to get the fuck up outta that water.
Shark didn't chomp me thank goodness but the remainder of that day I stuck to sand castles.
By the time we got home a day or 2 later my thighs had swelled so much from all the jelly fish stings that I could barely feel them or get my pants on.
Had to go to the doctor and get a shot in my ass for the swelling to go down. -

Point being I could never enjoy this or see it as practical. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed my old Compac 19 inch laptop display while chilling in the park even though it weighed like 8 pounds back then. They don't seem to make thin 19inch tablets or even 17 which would be easier to read without glasses
My current phone has a dual screen case.
It's such a nice feature that phone manufacturers quit doing it. -

Like why do washers and dryers have a 1 year warranty? Is that what the manufacturer thinks of their product.
If I needed a new washer and uthad to be new Id pay $2500 for a commercial grade Speed Queen with only mechanical parts that comes with a 5 year warranty.
I have 3 residential grade weed eaters that are all broken or too shitty to use but I bought a used commercial grade one that I won't have to do anything to and will run for 20 years.
It's not just about saving money on the purchase but forecasting what repairs will look like in the future and how to limit those costs too. -

I went and picked up that adapter from the dishwasher guy before work and then went to Lowes to try and piece it together.
Unfuckingfortunately my high tech kitchen faucet does not allow such a device to be attached to it.
Found the hot water line for the laundry room to be made of that plastic tube shit so imma splice a connection into there and our dishwasher will be in our laundry room but at least I won't have to wash them by hand. -

I slept terribly and obliterated my schedule.
Passed out around 8pm.
Got up at 11:30pm and didnt fall back asleep until almost 8am.
Got up at 11:30am hating myself.
Anyways, the weather is nice and Im not sticking my dick in a vice to get to work early today.
Dishwasher guy told me he is at work up the road and that I could come get the part Im missing so Im going to do that.
Then Ill have to head to home depot and buy an assortment of other shit probably.
Next week is my mom's birthday.
Following week is my girlfriend's birthday and the week after is my nieces.
Don't know what to do for or get any of them. -
