When I think about it I'm pretty fortunate. I still feel empty angry frustrated and shitty very often but when I remind myself of how I manage to release positive endorphins so constantly I feel pretty grateful

Obtaining money
Talking to my family
Hugging my girlfriend or playing with her son
Having rough sex with my girlfriend
Reading classic literature or at least stories written by old timey people
Working out
Eating meat
Smoking cigarettes
Helping people who deserve to be helped

There are other things that make me happier but these directly release dopamine, the beta chemical.

Around here it's mostly maronite lebs and kosovars who make the pizza. The Muslims just own other businesses and mostly keep to themselves but are actively involved in philanthropic causes. The poor ones gentrify shitty brick buildings and are hard workers with lots of kids who get into crime later in life than the typical white and black people.
