   Kazakhstan has alot to be grateful for given the part of the world they are in. Glad some reforms were enacted as per "the people" but doesn't seem like the right ones. Discounting fuel just drives consumption but can make them more competitive regionally in some sectors. Literally never heard of this before this thread

    I'm torn on whether Trump was a better president than W and I'm really trying to think of how he isnt. W obviously has a better personality and was much less embarrassing to the world (and less naive) but he allowed himself to be exploited and made a bunch of retarded policies. Bush is slightly better on environmental issues and immigration policies but worse on foreign policy.
