Recently I've really taken a liking to raw snap peas. They're so good by themselves if they're not floppy. Crisp, mildly sweet, fibrous. Shit is good.
I also really like rice cakes instead of toast in the morning. Not as filling but it's like 60 calories for 3 or 4 of them and you can top them with jam or nutella or peanut butter, or whatever other sugary goodness you want. Just a thin layer is all you need.
Fruit is also a great snack, but bananas hold a special place in my heart for being both a food rich in potassium and anal possibilities. Fill your belly, fill your anus, the banana does it all.
Unfortunately when I cook, I cook for flavor. So most of what I make isn't very healthy. If anybody has any suggestions, my body is ready. -

You get faster later on, but your character only really knows the basics at the start.
Also it'd be impossible to fight if the sword play was faster. It usually speeds up/slows down which is strange at first but you get used to it.
