Do you ( henceforth known as the snowflake) also carry a snowflake's designation? What was the approximate barometric pressure, and total precipitation accumulation at the time of "the incident"?
When you scratched the accused's automobile with your key or similar device ( henceforth referred to as "your slashing instrument") can you describe the sound of his autopaint scraping from it's underlayers / base surface? To your best estimate, what was the total combined length of the entirety of your attack , against the accused's vehicle ( suchforth declared as "his poor whip" )
