And would you like if he had elected to knock on your window when you decided to not confront him face to face ( henceforth referred to as mano-a-mano)? What is the total light transmission value for your side glass, particularly on your drivers door? Has this changed since the time of the incident? When was the last time you consumed drugs, including alcohol and caffeine (but not including diet sodas) - relative to the time of this incident?
What was the surface type of the parking area you were in, particularly your space, and that of the accused? Were the spaces delineated by customary painted yellow lines ? If so what were the total dimensions of each stall as marked? What was the relative humidity at or about the time of the incident? What was the metallurgical makeup of the 'key' (or similar device) that you used to knowingly and willfully desecrate his automotive shrine? Were you aware of the religious or cultural background of the other vehicle operator involved in the aforementioned incident ( heretofore referred to as "the incident", and what not )?
What is the VIN# of your vehicle which you claim was damaged in "the incident" ? Can you provide me a current "Carfax" or similar report for your vehicle? What company insured your vehicle at the time of "the incident", and have you maintained continuous coverage since? What was the total depth-of-tread, PSI or kPa inflation value, rubber porosity masurement, graded wheel condition, tire manufacture date or date code, does any of your tire bear an M+S designation?, additionally - do any of your tires bear the RMA's 'mountain+snowflake' severe-snow-service designation? Do you ( henceforth known as the snowflake) also carry a snowflake's designation? What was the approximate barometric pressure, and total precipitation accumulation at the time of "the incident"?
When you scratched the accused's automobile with your key or similar device ( henceforth referred to as "your slashing instrument") can you describe the sound of his autopaint scraping from it's underlayers / base surface? To your best estimate, what was the total combined length of the entirety of your attack , against the accused's vehicle ( suchforth declared as "his poor whip" )
