   12v won't penetrate skin, and amperage is irrelevant. 12v won't even spark in air - the sparks welders create is all chemical in origin - hot metal basically.
   
   Electricity is like water, volts is pressure, amperage is volume. Without the pressure the volume won't flow. It doesn't matter how many amps the electrical source is able to put out.

   It's not really anything to do with sweat, though that makes it worse, it's just constant abrasion.

   99% of the bullshit about totse is just nostalgic bullshit. It was fairly active and large as communities go, and we had some memorable members - but it's gone and ain't ever coming back.
   
   It was a unique combination of time, place and people. People who loved knowledge and wanted it to be free, a new means of communication that made that possible, and a government that hadn't noticed us yet.
   
   So it was great, but the government started taking notice and the people started getting fed up and moving on. And having The Anarchist Cookbook stored on your hard drive stopped sounding so cool.

    I don't think you can really beat a properly trained old fashioned Molotov thrower - that means throwing correctly (so you don't get petrol on yourself) and throwing hard enough that the bottle actually breaks (often they don't - a trick to make sure they do is to make a scratch with a knife around the bottle).
