I originally heard about that from someone who thought 'delayed action fires' were funny - they'd have the two chemicals on opposite sides of an envelope folded in half, then when it was time, mixed them together and stuck the envelope to a billboard ad and ran away

Video is sulphuric acid in the petrol and a sheet of paper soaked in potassium chlorate around the outside.
They're clamping down on sulphuric acid around here, because Muslims keep throwing it on British people.
I don't think you can really beat a properly trained old fashioned Molotov thrower - that means throwing correctly (so you don't get petrol on yourself) and throwing hard enough that the bottle actually breaks (often they don't - a trick to make sure they do is to make a scratch with a knife around the bottle). -

2018-05-25 at 4:52 PM UTCAh good old times, me and TDR worked on this together. Bornkiller was involved as well. We had a great idea but it didn't pan out because TDR has other obligations. But the video was fun to create. Kinda makes me cringe now haha.
