Those are random images.
Yours are, while technically random... a bit lacking in taste.
Then again, I guess art really is definitely subjective, so maybe I have no business stating such judgments...
But this thread would be a lot better with the aforementioned type of images in lieu of the latter (IMHO). -

Hey man, I don't have anything personally against you.
But, not gonna sugar coat it here... You definitely tick a lot of the boxes on the "reasons to find someone deplorable" checklist.

Also, you can be both Eurasian and "Eurasian-looking" at the same time. It's been known to happen.
I've known a few Slavic folks that looked Slavic, and the odd West African that was at least kinda West African looking.
The world is full of such statistical marvels.
