Toy Run is what it is called fagit. These kids pass the toys up and go straight for things like hats, coats, gloves, socks, and other necessities there parents can't afford. Like I said, you have no clue what you're talking pauliwog. There are no commercial buildings next to me. I own a 3 acre corner lot 1 block off of the the small commercial strip in that part of Kingman. My property is zoned Commercial: Neighborhood Convenience (C-1). Which is essentially a mixed zone for residential and small business. On my corner there is a home to the north and west of my property. On the other three corners there is a Christian assisted living center on one, a small church on another, and a small excavation contractor on the third.
I have no clue what that BS on yelp is but I do understand your pathetic sorry ass wanted so bad to leave a shitty review. Go ahead, leave something shitty on whatever social media you want. I don't need to rely on strangers from the internet to drive my business. 80% of my customer base are locals and know better. The other 20% are from tourists who are traveling on I 40 (we are only 2 miles of Exit 51) who come for our dog friendly patio. When traveling with pets folks don't stop at chain shops and leave their animals in the desert sun. There are apps and other travel oriented platforms we use to reach that traffic.
In addition, on these platforms, we also offer free no hook up 1 night RV parking. I get 8 to 10 per week with an average of 4 customers per who pull off the interstate for a late meal (open till 9 Mon - Fri and 10 Fri - Sun) and then come in after 7 AM for breakfast. That alone pulls in over $1200 gross per week.
So like I said before you have no clue what you are talking about. There may have been a sports bar there at one time I'll ask the previous owner who opened it from an empty building 8 years ago. But you can't learn about life and places from your keyboard kid.
