Evolution is observable...bacteria become resistant to antibiotics through evolution, rats become immune to poisons because of evolution...etc...those things have been observable and proven within your lifetime. -

Dunno about you filthy Americans but I shit in nappies (Diapers) which were specifically made for shitting and pissing in when I was a tiny human...no bed or pant shitting. wow. -
