Retardedly claiming it was a secret hearing when it was not a hearing and it's confidentiality was not a matter of being "secret" (as multiple Republicans were also cleared to enter) after I already provided links to Republicans who were literally there, as well as fox news, will not change shit.
All you're clinging to is not admitting you were wrong because you have some silly ass mental disability.
What took place in the room was a deposition.
Shut up retarded nigger

Kill yourself.
They went back down to the SCIF yesterday and will be there all day today. Try to keep up. This shit is moving fast. -

First of all this took place over 3 weeks ago. But it only supports exactly what I just said you idiot. The secret impeachment inquiry where potential witnesses were deposed (read selected for grooming) was held in a permanent SCIF in the basement of the capital building. That was over 3 weeks ago. What is taking place today is in a different room, in a different building and the wittneses are not being deposed they are giving testimony at a hearing.

It's not a civil process

It's not a criminal process.
It is the impeachment process. Which is not a criminal or civil process. The rules for impeachment hearings are not carved in stone as evidenced by the following recent house resolution establishing the "rules" for the impeachment "hearing" available here.

I can't believe this but I agree with every part of this post. -

What they are doing in the house ways and means committee chamber is hearing testimony from witnesses in an open impeachment hearing.
I know it's hard for you to separate the two. -

I'm sure you'll have another excuse when the actual criminal case comes about
Have you ever been deposed? I already know you haven't. If you had you would know the difference between giving a deposition in an inquiry and giving testimony as a witness in a hearing. -

Originally posted by ORACLE You have a deposition before you have a hearing, before you have a trial.
You have a deposition to get the sworn testimony of those involved so you get an exact account of events for them that is not subject to any errors of memory in the moment, nervousness in court, etc.
It was a deposition. The person inside the room was being deposed. She was literally giving sworn testimony under oath in that room, so that it was ready for the hearings and trial.
Look at this Mental special Olympian we have over here, he sure is speedy.
"Secret hearings"
You are describing is accurate to a point with some missing parts if we were talking about a criminal case. This is not a criminal case. It is an impeachment. That works a bit differently. You should look into it someday. -

For the procces which took place in the basement SCIF the term that congress and the media uses is "impeachment inquiry."
If the house votes to impeach aftrt the "impeachment hearing" the sneate will begin what the senate and the media will use the term "impeachment trial" to describe.

Originally posted by -SpectraL Innocent until proven guilty, and that applies to the President as well. No one is above the law, and no one is below the law either. The impeachment is basically meaningless without a trial.
The impeachment hearing is just like a grand jury. It has no bearing on innocence or guilt. For impeachment purposes the Senate is the judge and jury, the house is the prosecution and defense. -

Exactly you fucking thick dolt. Schiif held secret impeachment inquiry proceedings in the basement of the capital building in a dedicated permanent SCIF located in the basement.
The impeachment hearing is a public procedure which began yesterday in the House Ways and Means Committee in the Longworth building south of the capital building.
Your so fucking confused from the rubbish you stick in your mind that masquerades as news you can't understand they are two separate events, held at two separate times, in two separate locations, with two sets of witnesses, and two different lines if questioning.
I can keep smacking you until you get tired if tossing em out and having them shoved in your throat ass first.
