Would depend on the company and the position, some would if it was high responsibility like airplane pilot or summung. Usually they only send the second sample off if it tests positive and you are disputing it.

Its very possible they'll do a gas chromatography test in which case anything and everything will show up. They are becoming more common due to the vast amounts of different recreational drugs available these days.
