dealers always exaggerate the purity of their shit. but guess what? none of them know the purity of their shit because the guy who sold it to them didn't happen to tell him how much he cut it, and funnily enough the guy who sold it to him didn't happen to mention that either, nor did the guy above him or the other 10 guys above them. so how the fuck would your man on the street have any fucking idea as to the purity of his shit? this why i say prohibition makes this shit dangerous when it doesn't need to be.
think of this, 30% heroin would mean a gram would contain 300mg of diamorphine. when you go into the emergency room with your guts all hanging out or your leg all mangled up and in chronic pain, do you know the dose they give you? 10 to 15ml diamorphine solution which is 1mg to 1ml. so its 10mg to 15mg to start, the max they will give you in any four hours is 30mg in a 30ml solution.
so your gram has 10 times the maximum dose they would give to anybody, and that 30ml dose would knock anyone on their ass. even doing just a .2 which is a 1/5 of a gram you would still have twice their max dose at 60mg. somebody with a high tolerance could easily do at least a .4 in one hit. so 30% pure would still put most of them over.
so don't ever take notice of your dealers when they tell you how pure their shit is, its exaggerated bullshit.
