the value of a coin doesn't make for better cryptocurrency. in fact the lower the value the more chance to make on it. a monero only has to go up to $160 to double your money. that's way more likely than bitcoin going up to 16,000, or whatever its rate is at present. plus monero is more anonymous and they tend to transfer between wallets quite a bit quicker than btc does.

the laptop i just got rid of had become ridiculously slow. it would get slower and slower the more it was on to the point you would have to reboot it after 20 minutes of use at most. it would get so slow that even typing five or ten letters would take 2 or 3 minutes before it would appear on the screen. even right clicking would be at least a minute before the menu would come up and even simply closing a program by clicking the cross in the top corner would take a minute or two before it would respond.
imagine being in space with that computer controlling your ship, lol.

Anyway, I lie and tell him I have Psoriasis, and he says "Oh, yah, my Dah has thaat, do yah have any joint issues tuue? Where is it? Do you take Humira? No? Why not, don't you have insurance?" It didn't really bother me that much, he was a decent guy who was just curious.. but that's getting pretty personal.
Anyway, he found a lot of good stuff though. It is kind of nice having a salesperson pick stuff out for you when you don't know what you want.
i hate nosey cunts like that. i would have literally told him to fuck off and mind his own business.

2018-08-15 at 7:56 AM UTC in Does everyone enjoy being a slave to the almighty dollar?i've lost everything and become destitute at least a dozen times over the years, so i understand there is actually a real sense of freedom to being homeless and broke. i know full well i am perfectly able to survive anywhere and its also pretty fun starting a new life and building back up again. plus it certainly teaches you who your friends are which is a really good thing to know. so i certainly don't obsess about being rich or having all the most expensive latest shit. i've also had a bit of money at times, not millions, but enough to have a feel for the high life. but it was easy come easy go with that. i know that once you get money its never enough and wanting more consumes you, it never ends and you also become paranoid about losing what you have which sucks, especially when you're affecting your friends and family with the paranoia. so i don't allow myself to be a slave to the dollar these days. i won't sell out my principles just for the false promise of security that a regular wage gives you.
