There's too much to support to capture everything. If you're looking into lexers and parsers, the canonical literature seems to always be the dragon book, but most people never read it. Start with a domain specific language and build from there. A good introduction:

Language design is one of those things I've been pretty interested in for a while but haven't ever found a compelling project to really use it for and god knows no one is going to pay me for it. I started a much longer reply but don't have time to finish it at the moment.
The basic pipeline for an interpreter is lex -> parse -> evaluation. Here's some high level stuff on each stage:

And eval/apply is the only execution strategy for interpreted languages but it's one of the easier ones to understand and implement (although it is still kind of magical).

when i was there in the mid 90s: zero. there was no 'large scale' organized organ harvesting in FRY.
caveat: FRY was crawling with organized crime…the likes of which are probably on par with what is going on in mexico now (ie, govt=organized crime and organized crime=govt)…and anything was fair game. including the fucking retards stealing radioactive garbage (literally…no euphemism) to sell on the black market. i know for a first-person verifiable fact that human trafficking was off the charts. most of those people that 'disappeared' were reappearing in someones gimp box or on a street corner in some first-world country as a sex slave. there is a very good possibility that illicit organ harvesting was taking place (due to circumstantial 'evidence') but nothing that panned out as verifiable. everything was circumstantial, unfounded, or investigated and determined to be bullshit.
about 30 years ago organ harvesting was a childrens bedtime story myth. starting in the early 90s there is established individuals (no evidence or 'large scale' organization) that would illegally steal organs. the funniest ones ive heard of are people that illicitly worked with funeral homes or coroners and collected freshly-dead organs/tissues to sell.
second caveat: it is currently cheaper to contact a living organ donor in a sub-third-world shithole, pay them a literally pittance, and they will give up virtually any organ.

where was this? in FRY there were zero 'child soldiers.' UN busy-bodies were everywhere…as well as reporters from every imaginable media outlet in the universe. there were so many of them they were literally in the way. they would have thrown a kibosh on any 'child soldiers' in about two heartbeats.
unless youre talking about that butt-fuck rodeo in albania where little kids were dragging cannons down the street that literally weighed as much as they did.
geriatric soldiers were everywhere…but nothing that could be considered a child.
