(banned) when i was younger than 10 we used to take apart fireworks we bought in north carolina (they were illegal in NYC) and re-assembling them into empty battery canisters using epoxy. we used ideas from WW2 and vietnam books we found in the library. one that was made out of 3 or 4 'mortar' shells blew up our wood play-table in our club-house. (it was a 6'x6' with 5' walls wooden kids house)
Of course NYC would outlaw that, how the hell did the shell blow up? Also, fucking lol. -

it was buried in the dirt about two feet deep and left a crater about 20 feet wide and three or so feet deep.
