The higher the institution is regarded as a moral authority the higher the chances are that if you're part of the institution as a representative, and do some fucked up shit the institution will elect to protect you no matter how heinous the crime. -

Every negative reaction you get is social punishment for non conforming to our dominant cultural system. Since there are basically no rules here, and we can't physically beat each other over the head with things. We operate under what you could consider a set of ethical and moral and cultural beliefs. This is necessary for anything productive to ever occur.
