    But I did a couple things that really happened maybe you can try:
    
    Stopped drinking coffee for a week
    Ate a lot of fermented foods like kimchi
    Started consuming probiotic based yogurts
    
    And then after a week went back to normal

    Mine occasionally hurts a lot. Not sure why, probably once or twice a month it'll just be like seriously bad pain, I take 2 tums and it goes away

    I already quit doing hard drugs, quit drinking alcohol, quit smoking weed, and I never really ate much sugar before this but the one thing I am not going to quit is drinking 6-12 cups of coffee, 2 cups of tea, and an energy drink everyday.
