Well I am stuck inside the house so I do a lot of snacking and no walking. I know I could do push ups and squats and shit but I don't have any reason to lie, I don't. I just sit on the computer. This all started early November, I was in jail for 3 months, and then continued the last 4 1/2 months. Just constant snacking, munching, bored eating, and then when I do want to feel happy I eat until I am full like twice a day. While I don't eat like super bad for you foods I have been eating too much and that's reflected in my rising weight. I pretty much put on 20% of my body weight in 8 months.

I don't understand what kcal means, I've seen it referenced instead of calories a couple of times but yeah right about that.
It's easy to eat my fill of food when I focus on eating vegetables, some fruits, lean meats.
Also I won't be having cheat days since eating ain't shit to me and if I were to have a cheat day I'd probably just practice bulimia rather than allowing it to set me back days or weeks to feel full on chicken cayabachi or w/e it was you splurged on.
Never understood that shit, once you develop this mindset in earnest and really develop it it becomes hard to go and eat large meals. But people are built differently.
If I am going to toil at something for weeks why would I set myself back weeks invalidating all that effort to have a "Cheat day." my nigga do you cheat at college too?
