University worked out for me. It got me an in at a company and I’ve worked my way up. Start at the bottom, put in the time and the effort, don’t be afraid to reach a bit, and keep climbing. I also got a master’s degree while at said employer, even got them to pay for most of it. Now I’m at a decently high level with a sweet salary and bonus and plenty of room to grow. Keep at it, niggas.

OP, you need a better paying job.
1) Find a job with a reported higher salary. This needs to be a real job with an actual job posting, not just a pie in the sky job.
2) Find out the job qualifications for said job.
3) Get qualified, one step at a time.
4) While you are getting qualified for the better job, work 2-3 shitty jobs to get by.
5) Once qualified, get the better job and quit the other jobs to get your life back.

Enter, the problem is that you over think things. I used to too. The problem with over thinking is you can drive yourself crazy and it makes you appear to be stiff af.
Take interviewing, for example. I used to try to go over all potential questions and have scripted answers at-the-ready. I don’t know how that made my face look, but probably, robotic, expressionless, and stiff. It would also give me anxiety and would cause unnecessary stress. On the flip side, when I would go in almost with a not-caring mindset, that’s when I would get the job. Of course you still care, but don’t worry so much about having all the right answers ready for every situation. Just know yourself and have some insight into the important parts about yourself that can be adapted to several questions and situations.
So back to your question. If a girl ever cancels, there can be so many variables that you aren’t thinking of now and can’t possibly think of ahead of time. For example, she might need to cancel because her mom died. You wouldn’t tell her to fuck off and you wouldn’t ignore her, so you just caused a lot of stress thinking of a scenario that didn’t even happen. Don’t worry about it now. Just free your mind up so you can be flexible and respond in the moment in a way that seems right for the moment.
