Indentured servitude is just a churched up name for slavery. They could tack on time for any small thing you did. Even some of the founding fathers had white slaves. They would pick up any poor person adult or child and send them to the colonies, be they Irish, English or Scot.
Yeah a lot of CA and yankees found this place because it was a fairly cheap place to live. Never ending story of them running up real estate prices and fagging up a joint.

When I was a kid my stepdad made fish traps out of chicken wire. Basically an inverted cone they swim in and can't find the way out. Make two and hook together so you can split it to get the fish out. Dry dog food makes a good bait, put some in like an old piece of pantyhose and tie inside.

Problem with the UK is not having colonies any more. Canada has a lot of places up north and we have a lot of unused islands in Alaska. They need a new penal colony to send the trouble makers. Or invade some poor country, be a win-win. The convicts would clean it of natives and we gain another Anglo country to harass Eurofag countries.
Ukraine best get their shit in gear. The US having elections soon and support can turn on a dime. I'd say 95% of Americans done forgot about the war and didn't give a shit anyway.
Perfect campaign material about all the wasted money and equipment there.
My guess is a new cold war which will make the military and their suppliers on both sides very happy.

I really feel sorry for some of our poor today. Must be hard sitting in gov housing playing XBox on a big flat screen. Fucking Biden needs to send them a bonus check to buy a new Playstation and extra TV.

I was dirt poor as a kid Vinny, most in Appalachia dirt poor in those days. Ate lots of beans and taters and usually got 1 Christmas present each year. Didn't kill me or bother me because all the other kids poor also.
I've a pretty good life now and my kids had it lots better from my hard work. Anyone can do better in America if they willing to work for it.
Anyway I wish Speedy good luck. Lots of old guys sell their business because they ready to retire and relax. My uncle started the first burglar/fire alarm business where he lived, built it up and made a boatload of money. When he retired he basically gave it to a guy that worked for him so it doesn't surprise me Speedy may have got a good deal.
