I wouldn't go with a chromebook because if you're using it for school there may be Windows apps you need to use. you can install Windows or lunix but that's something you'd need to figure out how to do. Also you'd definitely want to avoid getting a celery processor, the difference in performance is pretty big
I don't really know shit about specs and stuff Bradley but I do Know the old lady and daughter used Windows programs in many classes. -

Most around the cities speak pretty good english, remember the US had a big military there for a long time so it was important to learn english and english is the world business language now. Fishing may be so-so because they have fished the place out from what I've read. I'm sure a local would know some good spots.
I stopped there a couple times and know a guy living there now. Flips have always been a friendly people and easy to make friends with. -
