It's already caused me to have adult-onset eczema because it's too warm now. I can't live like this.

I remember those pre internet analog days when you had to go to kinkous and fax your resume and shake the manager by the neck and look them in the eye and DEMAND they hire you.

Nowadays people will be watching stuff on their phone while eating dinner it's a different world entirely it feels like in such short time

They could still play games and text people. I wish people would go back to telling each other stories. I can't sit with my family they are all on several screens not talking to each other. Nephew will be watching adult clickbait videos on YT where they talk fast with loud voices. Love Island or the Kardashians will be loud on the TV. They are still on their phones. Idk how I'm related to them. Then they try to make me feel guilty for not sitting with them.

I have no energy to shower and haven't showered since Monday. I need to function soon because it's almost 8pm and I have no food, need to go buy some.

It's a very puzzling/maddening skin condition.

I used my new moisturiser Weleda skin food on my arms and that made it better. I think it's global warming. I have no idea what's in store for me or what I'm supposed to do.

Wondering why the attractive guys in 90s movies wouldn't be considered attractive today. How did beauty standards change so quickly?

People with eczema, especially on the scalp, often need to be cautious about how frequently they wash their hair. The frequency can depend on the individual's hair type and the severity of their eczema. Here are some general guidelines:

    1. **Avoid Over-Washing**: Washing hair too frequently can strip the scalp of natural oils, potentially worsening eczema symptoms¹.
    2. **Use Gentle Products**: Opt for mild, fragrance-free shampoos and conditioners to minimize irritation¹².
    3. **Moisturize**: Keeping the scalp moisturized is crucial. Some people use medical emollients as a substitute for shampoo¹.
    4. **Consult a Dermatologist**: For personalized advice, it's best to consult a healthcare professional who can recommend suitable products and washing routines².

Do you have any specific concerns or symptoms related to eczema?

I haven't showered since Monday and my hair isn't greasy it's so weird. Maybe it's related to the sudden eczema. I'll shower today but don't feel like I need to because my hair looks fine in the mirror.

The university is closed today because of riots and is right next to the hospital so I think they will be in the area.

Just thinking Belfast City Hospital has the same cladding problem that grenfell tower did and a lot of immigrants work there. I don't think people know about the cladding. Hopefully people care too much about the NHS not to target it. Youths are hitting foreigners with hammers now.

I won't post them but one thing I said was "Am I writing house of leaves?". So it interests me that someone else started writing house of leaves when they were grieving.

I'm still watching the youtube video and have downloaded the game. His diary entries sound like mine when I was grieving.
