I hope it's nothing serious, but if it is, then I won't undergo treatment because I'd rather die than to have some surgeon cut open my skull.
It sounds like you're getting through the different stages quickly. You'll probably be fine in three days. I had that was going each stage just for one day. -

She'll say she's not getting me presents anymore then change her mind. I don't think it's normal for someone not to want to buy their child things. Some people shouldn't have children.

I remember when I was like 20 and I posted baby pictures of myself and after thinking about it found it depressing that I'm not instead posting pictures of my own babies. We get old and die and at some point your life should stop being about you. I can't imagine getting to be 50, having devoted my life to something else as an excuse not to reproduce and not wanting to kms. Or being 30+ and posting pics of a dog or cat ðŸ˜
What about Edgar Allan Poe or Tesla? They didn't have children but their lived weren't a waste. While it's disgusting at times the most important thing to humans should be self-preservation, so it is always okay to be selfish. -
