Alcohol thins your blood, so you bleed faster.

I haven't showered since Monday and my hair isn't greasy it's so weird. Maybe it's related to the sudden eczema. I'll shower today but don't feel like I need to because my hair looks fine in the mirror.

People with eczema, especially on the scalp, often need to be cautious about how frequently they wash their hair. The frequency can depend on the individual's hair type and the severity of their eczema. Here are some general guidelines:

    1. **Avoid Over-Washing**: Washing hair too frequently can strip the scalp of natural oils, potentially worsening eczema symptoms¹.
    2. **Use Gentle Products**: Opt for mild, fragrance-free shampoos and conditioners to minimize irritation¹².
    3. **Moisturize**: Keeping the scalp moisturized is crucial. Some people use medical emollients as a substitute for shampoo¹.
    4. **Consult a Dermatologist**: For personalized advice, it's best to consult a healthcare professional who can recommend suitable products and washing routines².

Do you have any specific concerns or symptoms related to eczema?

Why gooks can be so good at martial arts but can be so awful at driving. The former requires more proficient / advanced hand-eye coordination as compared to the latter.

Wondering why the attractive guys in 90s movies wouldn't be considered attractive today. How did beauty standards change so quickly?

I've had a lot of experience with eczema. Had it for most of my childhood then it mysteriously went away for most of my adulthood and then in the last 5 to 10 years it came back and would appear on various parts of my body/face. I choose to use aloe vera, a moisturizing lotion (Lubriderm), and a corticosteroid named clobetisol propionate as my regular skin care treatment / routine. It's a very puzzling/maddening skin condition.

I used my new moisturiser Weleda skin food on my arms and that made it better. I think it's global warming. I have no idea what's in store for me or what I'm supposed to do.
