They're meant to do that before and I didn't say anything then. I'm getting dermal fillers tomorrow and they still haven't changed their prices. So I've decided not to pay extra if they say I have to. I'm just sick of hoe dodgy they've been this is the third incident. I may be arrested or something but legally they can't do this.
