from memory though, there was one attack at Engels and one at another airbase close to the border. the attack on Engels came from a quadcopter which dropped a grenade on a missile transport, detonating two missiles - the drone would've had to have been launched from within Russian territory as Engels is way too far away from the border.
the second attack I'm not sure, but they've reported no serious damage.

There is only one conclusion: counter-terrorism measures on the territory of the Russian Federation should be strengthened to the maximum, retaliation strikes should be continued tenfold. Until the Russian response has a massive effect, such attacks will continue. -

just as people who drowned dont really die of water but rather asss-sphixiation, overheated engines crack not due to the heat but rather due to injuries caused by seized moving parts.
