Many have studied law in prison yes. To be an expert in any subject merely requires study. You can do that, at school, home, prison, hospital, work, Mcdonalds while enjoying a big Mac etc etc...the location of study isn't really important.
Based on what you are revealing in your posts you go through life blinkered and don't study the world/events/people/characters/behavior around you...we call those type of people "ignoramuses" where I come from. -
