It showed Larry Monks page for a split second and then forced me to login. and I forgot they kicked me off. but I thought 30 days as well.. yeah. find a tall building and see if they let you walk up the stairway 20 flights and do 2 sets of those upflights. or an apartment with like 4-5 floors and do those like 10 times or more. 3-4 times a week. dont take too long of walks. that can also cause swelling of legs but its a different kind. ride a bike for a few hours with HTS. 4 times a week. same with me. Im gonna rent those shitty FORD bikes since I have no place to put a nice bike. -
