but it turns out, they're giving old people video games in memory care to aid in their mental and physical performances. especially those exercise games and virtual tennis. the old people seem to love it (most of them)
they'll probably live longer. you guys in your 30s playing Minecraft and shit, you're not getting exercize but probably building up high blood preasure and shit. go ride a bike for an hour or get a dance dance pad and do that for a few hours while lifting weights in your home (especialy during winter shut in months)
I wasnt fat in my 30s and didnt gain weight until I got depressed around my mid 30s and slept a lot. now I have to change that. another week and I can hopefully feel safer about taking walks without a mask on my face the entire time. only when near people I'll just put it up to my face to cover. im getting back into shape. fuck this couch life -

muscle memory comes back fast. I started to play games like Delta force and Battlefield 42 (early 2000) on mouse and keyboards (which I hated at first) and then suddenly had a hard time going back to pad stick when I started to get used to K&M style games.
the more you do it, the moor your brain will make it easier to switch back. it was hard using a pilot joystick that I added to BF1942 and Vietnam but once I was able to hit the control to switch over mid game while playing others on a server it just became better and better. especially being about to outrun someone in a dogfight and slowdown and puled a vertical 360 and come up in their ass and take them out. for the longest time I thought people were cheating or had an advantage to having a faster processor which speed is washed out by performance style.
in short. it only takes a few hours to adjust if you already done so. -
