Hey, I'm not dead. I quit drinking and doing hard drugs 8 months ago and have changed my entire life around. Back in September I was at the lowest point in my life and finally decided being an alcoholic and drug addict isn't the life I want to live anymore. I've been doing this shit for at least 15 years and things were only getting worse and worse each year. Figured it was only a matter of time before I ended up dead or in prison.
I don't ever read this site anymore but panthrax and fona texted me saying that Bill Krozby died and I wanted to check to see what was going on. I searched 4j while I was on here to see if anything came up and I found your post. I hope you've been doing alright, its good to see you're still around and I will try to post on here every once and a while to let everyone know I'm still alive.

Miss you too man. Things are definitely going a lot better for me and I hope you been doing good yourself. I plan to eventually start talking with all of you people that I miss in chat again (if any of you still chat) but I'm not quite ready because I'm afraid it would make me want to drink again. I don't really do much interesting these days but work a lot, spend time with my girlfriend, smoke weed and play video games. I'll message you my number so you can stay in contact with me.

lemme mail u a computer so we can play pc games together. Yeah im boring as shit now. I still drink a couple times a week n smoke cigars but not the same way. Im so glad ur doing well. Fubi dyin kinda threw me for a loop. Shits weird. We’re all fuckin old. I'm so bad with mouse and keyboard on games, I been playing on consoles since the early 90's, makes me feel really old saying that. I tried playing outriders on my brothers PC the other day and sucked terribly at it but I'm good on console. I think if I had enough time to learn I'd get it eventually. I don't have any social media at all that I use to talk to people, just fake instagram and twitter accounts so I can follow certain people and see their posts. I'll make it a habit to check this forum more often and post sometimes and you can always feel free to text me whenever.

I literally stop playing video games around 2002-2003. I thought "Adults shouldnt play video games or games at all. I should grow up in post 9/11"
but it turns out, they're giving old people video games in memory care to aid in their mental and physical performances. especially those exercise games and virtual tennis. the old people seem to love it (most of them)
they'll probably live longer. you guys in your 30s playing Minecraft and shit, you're not getting exercize but probably building up high blood preasure and shit. go ride a bike for an hour or get a dance dance pad and do that for a few hours while lifting weights in your home (especialy during winter shut in months)
I wasnt fat in my 30s and didnt gain weight until I got depressed around my mid 30s and slept a lot. now I have to change that. another week and I can hopefully feel safer about taking walks without a mask on my face the entire time. only when near people I'll just put it up to my face to cover. im getting back into shape. fuck this couch life
