So you think unemployment checks are issued "just because"? They have a record of when you became unemployed, how long you've been unemployed and when your unemployment check eligibility will end..same for other unemployment benefits.

Again ANY notation of ANY REPORT...is a record....if your EMPLOYMENT REPORT/RECORD has an entry for the date of your initial claim for unemployment..THEN THAT'S AN UNEMPLOYMENT RECORD..that one individual line is A RECORD.
