wouldn't be surprised if a bitch was exaggerating, but sounds like there is something to it. i ended up fighting some coke dealer guy years ago coz this bitch kept telling all this crazy shit about him and acting like she was petrified. i was getting the better punching fuck out of him but we were in the house and the arm of the couch was right behind me. anyway he pushed me i fell back onto the couch with him on top of me and the couch collapsed and i was stuck with him on top strangling the fuck out of me and couldn't breath, i literally felt the strength zap out of me and had to give it up. anyway she'd run off down to her daughters house and me and this dude had a cup of tea and chatted for a bit. turned out he was an alright guy and she'd been making half of it up. so yeah i learnt not to trust everything a bitch tells you after that.

In all serious though with what you said on the board here to what's been going on I have trouble understanding why doesn't her family help her out with getting rid of the problem. I mean they got money from what i'm guessing from what you told us about them. So moving isn't like a money problem in order for her to relocate.
Yes that law is somewhat true about your a resident after living somewhere for a certain amount of time but the catch 22 is if your not on the lease and not contributing anything towards your living environment with proper receipts then you can easily have him/her removed by police by contacting the landlord and telling them about the problem and that your going to call the police and if he could make a simple phone call to them as well and tell them that SAY PERSON IN THE HOUSE does not reside there and is to be removed from the property.
Until he started getting physically violent, she was kind of just hoping he would leave of his own accord. And We've barely talked about som,e things, but what Ive gathered is that after her surgeries, she was REALLY strrung out on Opana, dilaudid, methadone, morphine, etc (her mom is a doctor and wrote her scripts). When they started shooting H together, it kind of became a ball and chain. Shed provide the money and he would go get the drugs and shoot her up since she cant do it herself. But then she justdecided she wanted to get clean and thats when he started getting vicious. I guess because he felt his control over her slipping. Like she never wanted to do heroin. Just when hger scripts ran out, the bf would be like "Its so much cheaper and I can get it way more easily".
According to her, the police have been out 7 or 8 times for shit like when he barricaded himself in her bathroom for 18 hours shooting meth. They just didnt do anything. They said they couldnt legally remove him bc he was a tenant. Idk how much of that is truth, but it kind of makes sense. The police cant evict someone of their own accord. -

Wed have to get you some face ink first. But if youd like you be in on it when i inevitably have to drag him out of the apartment id be glad to pick you up. I had to muster the troops the other day when it looked like the police werent going to come do anything, but he ended up leaaving to go score meth eventually. Hopefully window bars and a change of locks do the trick though. -

I want someone like this in my contacts so I can pay them in case anything happens again like what occurred a few months ago when those fucking gang members tried to break my arms, trashed my apartment and stole some things, tried to do something again a few days later (I'm pretty sure they were going to point a gun at me to keep me from running again), then I had an entire gang after trying to kill me for calling the cops on them.
There have been multiple times when pieces of shit were causing serious problems in my life. No more. If you're lenient people simply take advantage of you. I've learned the hard way that you need to take of problems with people immediately and often brutally.
Everyone should have a solid plan just in case someone needs be taken care of. -
