Its just the family got dispersed over the years and different people in different areas adapted / evolved differently thus creating different dna structures and creating race...

I don't think so, I think its a learned behavior/ phobia, but also depends on the species, just like how some breeds of dogs hate blacks or maybe they just pick up on their owners behavior, its quite quandary.
like a lot of people say dogs hate cats and vice versa, but i think to an extent its only if you carry that belief because i know plenty of households where dogs and cats dont mind each other.
just like i've known many people (especially girls) that they say its disgusting I have a cat and they can't comeover or they will die, its definitely a bs hangup, sure they may hate cats and are slightly allergic... but so many people have cats or whatever animal dander on them... these are the same exact people that are really fun to be at parties with... (my peanut allergy!) -
