I think i figured out why walking/running is so much harder for me. The curve in my back and the extra weight on top is fucking up my body mechanics. Its hard to explain, but when i do jog for a few seconds, the motion doesnt feel fluid at all. Feels like im running with a limp or something. I really should get my shit checked out, but right now ill settle for light exercise and weight loss.

You ever had your gallbladder checked? I had stomach misery and especially bad pains in the morning for months and they kept telling me it was acid reflux until they found out it was my gallbladder. All the symptoms went away as soon as they removed it.

The problem with GOT is that since GRRM's material ran out, the showrunners have been basically writing fanfics about it and they are obviously vastly inferior writers to... One of the best writers alive.
