people cant go randomly changing their diets. human nutrition is more complicated than modern medical artistry is capable of understanding. hell…they just discovered a new, previously unknown, part of the human digestive tract a year or so ago.
His body has no idea how to eat the stuff? Wtf? you got to be kidding me. -

Aren’t you literally the dumbest and most hated member of DH?
Keep at it Enter. You don’t need to be no carb forever but it’s good for a little while to reset.
I’m half way through Whole 30 again. It’s not low carb or low anything, it’s all about balance. The only thing carby I eat are bananas, sweet potato, and summer squash. And the sweet potato is very rare. I’m doing this for high cholesterol that runs on my dads side. So I always have to stay away from white flour, grains that aren’t whole grains (Fuck brown rice, it’s not healthy. Eat whole grain rice or quinoa instead. And steel cut oats), red meat that’s fatty or ground beef, sausage, shrimp, and pork.
Day 2 is the hangover. Day 4-5 is kill all the things. Day 6-7 is sleepyness.
Just keep at it. You don’t need to be no carb forever but it’s good to reset. -

2018-08-03 at 7:24 PM UTCBest solution: drink organic green tea with no sugar 3 times a day. It would relieve you from the bad toxins in your body because of the high exceptional antioxidants it has.

2018-08-03 at 7:39 PM UTCIf you must eat, eat smarter. You are what you eat. So eat chicken Cesar salads, or whichever salad to your own preference. Eat fruits. Eat nuts, if you don't have any allergic reaction. Eat wheat bread. Eat cheerios without any milk. Oatmeal with no sugar. No potatoes. No junk food. Chocolate is an exception because of the impact it gives for your brain, but consume minimum portions only. If it makes you feel somewhat anxious to eat more chocolate, I advise you to just call it quits. If it's too hard for you to do so, I'll gladly send over a moody on her menstrual meatball and that should definitely do the trick.
