Chocolate is an exception because of the impact it gives for your brain, but consume minimum portions only. If it makes you feel somewhat anxious to eat more chocolate, I advise you to just call it quits. If it's too hard for you to do so, I'll gladly send over a moody on her menstrual meatball and that should definitely do the trick.

You do realize that wheat bread is one of the most allergenic foods on the market and if you eat too much it makes you increase weight. Just like pasta, pizza and rice with sauce. Night shade vegtables in many cases also make you sick and once you feel inflammed it forces your glucose to fluctuate. IBS, CD and Leaky Gut Syndrome all are triggered by wheat or byproducts of wheat. Worse if you need to be on a gluten-free diet or have lac intolerance.

With a high anti biotic count chicken may not be your best choice...fresh fish is better and yet these days almost all foods contain some level of toxins and parasitic elements. Even oatmeal and Cheerios...the additives can throw you off. Rule of thumb eat mostly alkaline fruits, non allergic veggies, very lean non processed meats, low fat cheeses, ancient grains, possibly almond milk, limited nuts, essential oils within reason and some dairy. No sugar, pop, candy products, donuts or pasteries, energy drinks, fast food, etc. Start slow and build a better diet. Worse thing you can do is go on an extremely low carb diet and then feel weak where glucose levels fluctuate violently. Once reserves are depleted you get Hypo and start getting symptoms associated with poor diet and dehydration. Drink lots of water without forming liquidy stools or gas if you eat a lot of fruits and always have enough fiber rather than too much protein and fat. Green tea in some can cause immediate anaphylactic shock, rashes, etc...be careful with any holistic remedies, suppliments and medications.

What you're doing is just plain irrational...serves no purpose. See a Dr first and get all the necessary tests done. Change to a basic diet initially and improve it each week. Begin exercise and get the body active. Once you feel confident change the diet even further and tweak it to the limit where a little cheating won't kill you. Redo all tests in 6 months and see if everything is improving. If no markers show up...you now will feel great and always work with a good Dr. The ALCAT blood allergy test for food and inhalliant allergies is pretty good if available ...I found out I was allergic to lettuce of all things and so are some family members. Allergies may also harm your progess...at the very least even if you do nothing start with a basic diet change and start eating better eliminating depression and anxiety to create a solid appetite not based on binge eating.

Keep at it Enter. You don’t need to be no carb forever but it’s good for a little while to reset.

I’m half way through Whole 30 again. It’s not low carb or low anything, it’s all about balance. The only thing carby I eat are bananas, sweet potato, and summer squash. And the sweet potato is very rare. I’m doing this for high cholesterol that runs on my dads side. So I always have to stay away from white flour, grains that aren’t whole grains (Fuck brown rice, it’s not healthy. Eat whole grain rice or quinoa instead. And steel cut oats), red meat that’s fatty or ground beef, sausage, shrimp, and pork.

Day 2 is the hangover. Day 4-5 is kill all the things. Day 6-7 is sleepyness.

Just keep at it. You don’t need to be no carb forever but it’s good to reset.

I've got more brain power than you and the rest of your family combined.

having a fever doesn't count as being sick. I still do the same things I do normally, unlike some people who call in sick to work if they have the sniffles.
