anyways I might as well drink water with caffeine pills and Vitamin B .. those 5 hours are expensive as fuck. don't seem to work as well as redbull or monsters/rockstar..etc.
Mt Dews are awesome too
Also what is a good brand of Caffeine pills. I don't want to look like a drug addic and ask a pharamacist.
Is that really true? Cause I drink sugar free red bulls and that would really suck... -
2018-07-23 at 1:21 AM UTCAspertane eventually in time mimics sugar tricking the pancreas and as a result they drain whatever sources of sugar they can find in other foods you eat. It creates Hypo and sometimes less energy tapering off sooner. Example when you consume a diet soda you normally may also eat some chips and you still get weight gain. Plus Asper can be addictive to some and if caffeine is included being hyper is possible since it triggers anxiety. Caf pills are generally used for mental alertness or other med problems and yet worked opposite for me while racing so I stopped. Many atheletes can induce heart palpitations depending on dose by using them or worse. They can also cause visual difficulties or IBS. Sleep, less worry, exercise and a B+ Complex with proper amino acids is better...try a qualified Natu-path.

Uh that still did not answer my question of if sugar free red bulls make you gain weight even though they have 0 calories. -

I'm not a chemist. I have heard this story several times from several different sources in which they sounded like they were educated enough to know.
I found this
Story at-a-glance
Research shows that aspartame worsens insulin sensitivity to a greater degree than sugar
Artificial sweeteners promote weight gain by tricking your body into thinking it will receive sugar (calories); when the sugar doesn’t arrive, carb cravings can result
Artificial sweeteners likely also cause weight gain by disrupting your intestinal microflora, thereby raising your risk of both obesity and diabetes

I know that during WWII, Danish people were starved. Prior to WWII that Danish (or maybe it was dutch) were thin people, but after them being starved and became skinny, when their diets went back to norm .. they gained 20-40 pounds of average yet eating the same amount of foods that they ate prior. and developed diebetus 2 (sp) that they never had before.
when you start to diet, your body tries to reserve fat as long as it can. maybe it has something to do with this mechanism? it's tricking other body organs to think this is sugar and then comes to realize something is wrong. not gaining weight from sugar carbs. perhaps a diseae and starts protecting fat lost by fucking with your metabalism? -

2018-07-23 at 10:25 AM UTCI’m pretty sure the show I fell asleep watching was a new one. Some of the shows they play on repeat are pretty lame, so it was cool to see a new one.
