    Oceanographic researcher Jacques Cousteau described the oceanic whitetip as "the most dangerous of all sharks".[15] Despite the greater notoriety of the great white shark and other sharks habitually found nearer the shore, the oceanic whitetip is suspected to be responsible for many fatal shark bites on humans, as a result of predation on survivors of shipwrecks or downed aircraft.[3][16] Such incidents are not included in common shark-bite indices for the 20th and 21st centuries, and as a result, the oceanic whitetip does not have the highest number of recorded incidents; only five bites had been recorded as of 2009.[17][18]

    When I was losing weight first I started on an ECA stack. E=ephedrine, pseudoephedrine (sudafed) or any amphetamine can substitute. Asprin is often left out, but it's supposed to be thermogenic.

    A best brand of caffeine pills are the cheapest.

    And lots of lean protein, like whey protein, and some yoghurt. Protein fills you up, gives you energy, spares muscle, etc.

    Ultimately though it's calories in vs calories out, and your weight loss is all about how much pain you're willing to take.

    you can just buy anhydrous caffeine powder on ebay. it usually comes with a little 1ml plastic spoon for measuring it out. way cheaper than paying someone to just fill up some pill machine and pop a load out.
