You don't really need choline for noopept. -
2018-07-04 at 2:09 AM UTCYou don't need it unless you get headaches from it, in which case it helped me get rid of them.

2018-07-04 at 8:46 PM UTCCutting to 1mg alprazolam/day. Enter paranoia. Hello psychotic break.
I started cutting last Summer from 8mg/day, If I continue my taper plan, I should be off completely in roughly 6 months. For the first time, there is a forseeable end in sight. If I decide to push it, I can be off by the end of the year. -

You can do it man. I quit a similar size habit of etizolam cold turkey and it was the fucking stupid. The fact youve actuallu been tapering for a year is a great indicator you're going to quit successfully. -

Hey thanks for the encouragement it is sooooooooo good to hear it!
I'm never taking melatonin ever again. I use to take it every day for about a month and I got these dreadful vivid dreams every night and I when I realized what was causing it, I cut that out. Skip to today, I tried it because I could not sleep for the life of me, and I woke up from a half-sleep within an hour and literally saw my bedroom door opening for no reason and and got this intense panic thinking someone was going to come in and rob me but I couldn't wake up from sleep paralysis. Felt like I was about to seize and screamed softly.
I dunno if this is me being crazy or not, but a thunderstorm went off and it sounded and felt like a bomb and shook the building.
I'll bite the bullet and try using dph if I need to from now on, I stopped usong it completely after a bad deleriant experience in HS gave it a crappy feeling to me, like when you throw up after eating a certain food that makes you not want to eat that food for quite a while. Took a couple and it wasn't as bad as I remember though.
Let's deliver my diddly-diddly deeds -
2018-07-05 at 8:26 AM UTC6 months is a long time to taper, but I guess 8mg/day is a pretty high dose.
good luck, stick to your taper plan. you'll succeed if you have a good reason to do so, just don't forget it. -

This post is making me consider giving melatonin a shot
Normally when my dreams are extremely vivid, I realize that they're dreams and I love lucid dreams -
