No, it for pimps to peddle hookers.

I know that some do. Or maybe their pimps were hiding in the bedroom with the strap all along logged into protonmail.

Maybe she hacked her pimp's ProtonMail and is using it to bust him.

I just naturally wake up at like 4-5 AM, I don't know why. I literally can't sleep longer, so that's when my day begins.

Breakfast is what it usually is; two slices of whole grain bread toast with butter + 3 boiled eggs with salt and pepper. Alright balance for fiber, protein, carbs etc. I'm also making some coffee. Life's goooooooooooooooood.

Except I'm out of weed and won't get any till Thursday due to America's birthday.

I also wake up very early naturally, typically sleeping 3 or 6 hours depending on my hormones

It's the only racetam that I can actually tell a difference

Probably because it's the only racetam, or one of a few, that's also a stimulant, one of very few classes of nootropics where there's good clinical evidence of significant efficacy in healthy adults. It's like if you mix adderall with some baking soda and find it's easier to study afterwards: it's probably not the baking soda that's helping you out.

You live in oz tho, even most your white people count towards niggertry. Honestly North America has a monopoly on places I'd want to live in the anglosphere (if we're excluding places like Singapore), NZ/OZ are fun to visit but I can't really think of a good reason to live in either.

Yeah, I don't get much sleep when my whore moans either
  9. Lanny, what do you think of nootropics? I've been googling and most information I've read seems inconclusive and hazy.

I'm convinced that a lot of the hype is probably from placebo effects from people self medicating.

Don't talk about your mother like that.

Yeah, I think that pretty much sums up the vast majority of unprescribed nootropic taking. Afinils obviously have a "nootropic" effect in a similar manner as stimulants but in general I've yet to see good evidence of measurable cognitive enhancement in healthy adults in a controlled setting. You can find lots of people reporting effects from self experimentation (sploo gave us an example in this very thread I believe) but I think any person who's not an idiot can figure out the issue with that. What's left is overwhelmingly focused on treatment of existing conditions (e.g. the racetam/noopept results form people with brain injury) as opposed to effects in healthy adults and often not great quality research to boot.

The widespread self experimentation does at least suggest there's not too much of a short/mid term risk with the more heavily used nootropics like racetams, but that's about it. You could say the same thing for sugar pills.

How disappointing. I was hoping there was some actual data on that, I was hoping to write with it.

Just try and experiment. Anecdotal experiences aren't total garbage. Lots of people report cognitive enhancement and maybe you will too.

I'm not saying they are garbage but I want to know they actually achieve the intended effect. Otherwise I could just eat whatever and convince myself I'm smarter.

I should get another half pint tommorow after work 💩
  20. Originally posted by Captain Okay, I ordered some Noopept

When I tried it I had to eat more eggs in the morning or I'd get these annoying headaches on it. It drains your acetylcholine, so its recommended to eat more choline rich foods to prevent headaches. Kinda helped. Ultimately my dose probably could've been lowered to once a day or two 5mg doses.
