No, you don't need drugs, for fuck's sake. You are and have been functioning just fine and actually making significant improvements to your life, man. Just a few months ago, imagining you going to school and interacting with other humans daily would've been hilariously and pitifully laughable. If you can do that, why in the fuck do you so urgently and desperately require drugs to function? Quit lying to yourself, man. And quit selling yourself short. Go to the ER and tell them you're suicidal, which I think you are. You'll get an on-call psychiatrist visit very soon, and upon leaving, he or she will probably give you the names of a few colleagues who take your insurance and don't have an absurd waiting list.
Or see if your school has a doctor who can take care of medication refills if that's all you need. Maybe you can convince them to give you something new if you give them a compelling reason. At the very least, they can refer you to someone with availability for students. -

I already answered that in the post. You are doing things to better your life, engaging in school and meeting people, without medication. If you needed it, you'd still be stuck at home. You can’t assume a linear trajectory. Everyone has different natural limitations and some may require medication to reach an optimal level -

But it's rational for you to assume that you require medication? Your assumption is far more damaging than mine and is actually a stretch. Mine actually makes logical sense. You're not even giving yourself a chance, dude. For someone so smart, you can be so willfully stupid. Your lack of life experience is really showing. Take it from someone who's been through some shit repeatedly for over a decade. You're just going to end up fucking yourself up by seeking out (coincidentally highly recreational) drugs when you're doing so good without them. You know, I actually convinced myself I really needed and would benefit from benzos. I ended up taking them for over two years, legit prescribed 4mg clonazepam a day. I ended up also homeless and strung out on heroin on top of that. Now I know you're going to handwave this away and say that won't happen to you. But do you think I was doing good even when it was just the Klonopin? What do you think will happen if you don't get these drugs you want so badly? Where have you gotten so far without them? Answer these questions honestly. If not to me, to yourself. Are you going to die if you don't get them? Are you able to function and do well without them? (Hint: you already are, so why do you need them?)

I actually need medication, there are profound neurological differences caused by Asperger's. It can even predispose you to PTSD due to differences in the amygdala, serotonergic, and gabaergic systems.

I've known people with awtism who function very well without medication, let alone fucking amphetamines and benzodiazepines. And once again, you are IN COLLEGE and have been doing just fine navigating the academic and social aspects of it without collapsing from shock, so why all of a sudden NOW do you need amps and benzos to do what you've already been doing? -

You simply don't fully understand the amount of knowledge I've gained about my biological vessel, the circumstances I'm in, my psyche, how I feel everyday. I don't want to have to explain everything. Basically, what I'm saying is that I know myself better than anyone. Who are you to tell me I don't need medication? Some people genuinely do. This has done immense damage to me, I can't function properly without them, I have genuine disorders, and there's no way in hell I'm going to be able to handle the math and computer science classes without it. I never properly recovered from what happened to me and was still in very poor condition before all that happened. Besides, I'm only planning on taking something like a fairly low dose of Klonopin once a day 4 times a week, only on the days I have school. -
