I prefer "cluster B" because it refers to a specific subset of the population who I believe to orbit those criteria. I really don't think it'd bother you if you weren't somehow feeling threatened, because you have a delicate ego that gets wounded when you see people appropriate nomenclature from your favorite scientific discipline.
